When we decided to open our own restaurant back in early 1997, we had a simple goal - to pair creative food with great wine in the heart of downtown Red Lodge. We had no idea then how much the real enjoyment of operating Bridge Creek would be rooted in the relationships we've formed with our guests and staff alike. It has been a real pleasure to share all these countless meals with you. For spending your time with us, we are truly grateful.

The time has come for us to move on to the next adventure. Anne has recently launched a new career in funeral service and Peter is ready to enter into ministry as a full-time pastor. They will be living in Minnesota while Della & Bjorn finish their high school years. Though staying in Red Lodge, Ann Marie & Dennis are ready to step more fully into their retirement lives. As such, Bridge Creek will be closing its doors for now and creating an opportunity to bring a new operator or business into the building we've called home here in downtown Red Lodge. We are planning for Saturday, September 26 to be our last day serving guests.

Who will be the next occupant of our beautiful building here at 116 South Broadway? That's a question that remains unanswered. Perhaps you or somebody you know would have an idea of what new restaurateur or enterprise could enliven the heart of our remarkable town. Feel free to reach out to us with your ideas. We're just as curious as you to see what comes next.

In the meantime, allow us this chance to say, "thank you!"

Anne & Peter, Ann Marie & Dennis Christ
